Henry O. Trowbridge, DDS, PhD, is professor of pathology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, active attending in the division of endodontics at the Albert Einstein Medical Center, Philadelphia, and visiting lecturer in endodontics at the Navy Dental School, Bethesda, Maryland.
