This final chapter presents additional illustrations to the chapters in Parts 2 and 3, Sections 1 and 2, and Chapter 27. The presentation of cases follows the Classification of Periodontal Diseases and Conditions developed in the 1999 International Workshop for the Classification of Periodontal Diseases organized by the American Academy of Periodontology (see Chapter 4).
