Clinical Remounts,

When using impression plaster to remount dentures, the whole procedure takes a short time. Usually the dentures can be replaced on the articulator as shown in this sequence of illustrations in less than ten minutes.

Figure 7 The maxillary and mandibular dentures, the mandibular with its own cast, are assembled on the articulator using the new centric relation record. They are held in position by small dabs of sticky wax. The upper bow of the articulator is supported in a Hanau plastering stand. Be certain that the articulator is locked in centric position and that the mounting rings are firmly attached.
