Multiple cases are presented in this chapter to highlight the concepts and considerations and to provide some evidence from the literature concerning important technical details.

It is evident that, as clinicians, we need to find answers to clinical challenges and related questions, but we also need to accept that we will not find satisfactory answers to all our questions when we plan a case.

It is not possible to plan a case properly unless we know the potential and limitations of the patient. To define the framework for the treatment approach, all the necessary information about a case needs to be collected, including photographs, models, and clinical/radiologic findings. Finally, the patient must provide the answer regarding the appropriate treatment decision.
