Foreign bodies in the head and neck region are interesting and at times challenging to locate and remove. This can be complicated by patient’s co-operation especially when they are under the influence of alcohol.
We in this paper like to share our case series of interesting foreign bodies in the head and neck region which included fish hook, spectacle frame, piece of china mug, etc.
The alcoholic patient who sustained facial injury was referred originally to us as a zygomatic fracture from the radiologic findings.
