Condylar hyperplasia (CH) is a complex deformity affecting the condyle and the mandible. The resulting Facial asymmetry has a diverse presentation. We present patients with various degrees of asymmetry and malocclusion despite all being diagnosed with condylar hyperplasia. The treatment of this asymmetry is as variable as the the condition itself. However, the common ground is determining condylar growth activity first. We present our diagnostic methods using SPECT bone scan and the clinical methods. Each case has its own diverse treatment plan to achieve a satisfactory facial symmetry. We present the diverse treatment methods we used in managing this condition.
