Skill Performance Evaluations

Chapter 23

Mixing Zinc Phosphate Cement for Luting and BASE CONSISTENCY

Satisfactory performance of this lab/clinical skill is expected. The student self-evaluates his/her performance under the column marked “STUDENT” by using an “√” for each criterion in either the satisfactory (S) column or unsatisfactory (U) column. Next, the student folds back the “STUDENT” section before the faculty evaluates under the “INSTRUCTOR” columns. After the instructor evaluates, the skill performance is discussed based on both evaluations.

If satisfactory, the skill evaluation is complete. If unsatisfactory, remediation will occur until criteria are performed satisfactorily.
