Dr Harry Dym wishes to dedicate this volume to his father-in-law, Solomon Rosner. Although Rosner passed away a few short years ago, his outstanding qualities, which he imbued into his entire family, are still very much alive and vibrant. His passion for life, his respect of honor and education, and his devotion to family and friends remain his everlasting legacy and his inheritance.
